Hockey camp focusing on:
Goalscoring - hitting the ball on the forehand and reverse, learning to hit through backspace, deflections, shuffles.
Active defending focusing on shave, block and jab
Elimination skills using 3D skills, creating 2v1 & 3v2 progressive overloads
Small sided conditioned games
