About the event
Year 9-13 hockey camp focusing on:
Goalscoring - hitting the ball on the forehand and reverse, learning to hit through backspace, deflections and dice roll.
Elimintaions through 3D skills, creating 2v1, progressive overloads
Active defending with focus on footwork, body posistion and pressing
Short corner session
Decision making and conditional game play.
